Description: We purchased Chili Pepper at the 2011 "The Other Sale" from Ward's Boer Goats. She was the second highest priced doe sold at the sale. This is the picture from the sale catalog and she looked impressive. Her sire, The Governor" had been sold for the highest price at the production sale in 2010. On her dam's side, both AK-47 and Ruger have sold for over $40,000 several years ago.

Picture was taken the day she kidded and it was not the size we prefer for a doe to have. However, it was her first time to kid and she was bred at an early age so we hope the udder will be fuller the next kidding. On her first kidding, she had twins and we did not believe she could properly nurse two kids so we removed one kid and are doing a little supplementing on the kid that stayed with her. |
